This 38 year old lady complained of a milk tooth which loosened and fell out a few days ago. X ray showed that she had 2 permanent canine teeth which were still embedded within her bone.
A surgery was carried out to remove her impacted canines on either side of her upper jaws. 2 implants, together with a bone graft were simultaneously placed. The implants were restored with crowns after 4 months.
